I Liked your article about how to care for sterling silver jewelry. I have had good luck over the years with spraying glass cleaner on a standard polishing cloth and then just buffing the silver jewelry pieces.

Thanks – this is very helpful. So the first year is taxed only at the value of the land and the new, increased tax liability only takes effect at the beginning of the next year? That is good news.
